Stephanie and I can’t thank you enough for all your consultation and service in securing our first mortgage. We feel as though we did our homework before hand. Final settlement actually came in a little bit less (always a good thing) than I thought and it all went really well thanks to your wonderful help and timeliness. This was by far the best closing (out of 7) I ever been to. I feel like I got a great deal on the mortgage and excellent service that impressed and amazed everyone involved. The best part was how much time and detail Ryan went into explaining mortgage options (and dealing with my spreadsheet analysis), as well as the precise information Donna gave me in explaining all of the escrow details.
I tried to do this loan's information all electronically to minimize paper and keep good document trail for everyone. Two weeks ago I closed on my new home in Brandon, MS. The closing went off without a hitch, much with the help of one of your Loan Consultants, Aaron Rissien. I wanted to write you and let you know how helpful Aaron was and that I appreciate all of his hard work.
About a year ago I went to the Internet for information on mortgage rates. I received replies from several companies, including MortgageByInternet.com. As I recall, Aaron followed up my request with several phone calls and email, however nothing really ever came out of it.
Approximately six weeks ago I did buy a house. Things moved rather quickly and I need a Loan Approval letter immediately. My current mortgage company was unable to provide this for me as the loan officer was on vacation. So, I searched through my old emails and found Aaron's name and number. Aaron worked with me until 10pm that night and had the letter faxed to me first thing the following morning. Aaron continued to impress me with his helpfulness throughout the loan process, answering any questions I had and working late into the day.
My closing was scheduled for August 29th. However, a few days prior to that it was postponed until August 31st. While at the time I was a little disgruntled due to the postponement, it turned out to be a good thing. As you know, hurricane Katrina struck Louisiana and Mississippi on Monday, August 29th. With no power and no phone service, Aaron and I were in constant communication via cell phone. I needed a re-inspection on my new home, check amounts, etc. It was an extremely hectic time. Miraculously, one day after the hurricane hit I closed on my new home.
Aaron was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. His hard work, persistence and long work hours helped me close on my home on time. He is a true asset to your company. Should anyone ask about mortgage companies I will be sure to recommend MortghageByInternet.com and, specifically, Aaron Rissien.

This letter is to inform you about the excellent services that Ryan Miller (Loan Consultant) and Paige Motley (Processor) provided us during the quoting, processing and closing phases of our mortgage for our new home. I wanted to ensure you were aware of the quality of employees you have working for you organization.
When we decided to purchase our new house, we decided to try out the Lending Tree service to find the best rate possible for our mortgage. Ryan provided one of the four quotations for us that we received. During this process we were not only looking for a 30-year fixed mortgage, but also a Home Equity Line of Credit to help assist with our down payment. Ryan was extremely helpful in evaluating our options available for us. He was also very up front in providing us your best options and rates, even repeatedly informing us that if we find a better deal, then we should do whatever will save us money. As a consumer, we really appreciated that mind set. That helped us feel more comfortable when making our decision of lenders.
When it became time to finalize out decision on lenders, we decided to use a different lender for the HELOC and NASB for the 30 year fixed. During the course of our underwriter approval with NASB, we had difficulties with our HELOC lender in providing sufficient documentation the week before closing. Both Paige and Ryan stepped in to help and ensure that underwriter received what they needed. Paige even helped make a few phone calls herself to ensure that the right documentation was available and that our loan package would be available the day of closing. Thankfully, all of their hard work paid off and we had our closing package in time for closing. During that whole process, I realized what a terrible customer services our HELOC lender had.
As you know, closings are not always problem free. Everything was going great at closing, until we discovered that the wire transfer from NASB did not make it to the title company. Once again, we called Ryan and he came to the rescue. It was discovered that there was an error in the routing number for the title company. Ryan was able to communicate to the right people to get this corrected. Within an hour it was corrected and we were walking away with the keys to out new house.
Please take an opportunity to acknowledge their efforts. During the whole process they were very pleasant to work with and made it very comfortable for me to contact them with questions or concerns. I feel they went out of their way to make this as easy as possible. Not all organizations have individuals dedicated to this level of customer service. I just wanted to say thank you to you organization, Ryan and Paige for all of the assistance with our mortgage. I will definitely refer other individuals looking for loan service to NASB/MortgageByInternet.com.

I'd like to share with you my experience with your company. Three weeks ago I was searching the Internet for the best rates for purchasing the second home. As you are well aware, that search could be very dangerous : potential customers have to disclose a lot of personal info. that could end-up in "stolen Identity". That happened with me last year after contacting "the lendingtree.com". So, I was pretty nervous when I contacted your company to obtain a loan.
Your company offers the LOWEST applications fee available anywhere in a combination with #2 lowest rates on the INTERNET. The receptionist connected me with Eric Kelly, who patiently took all info. and promised me that your company would be able to meet the deadline (2 weeks). It was hard to me to expect such professional service, after just choosing "some strange" company on the INTERNET, but the process was really painless and smooth. Eric, as I find-out later, had worked for the underwriting dept. before, so he was able to prepare my file the way, it was not necessary to expedite any additional documentation later at all! He has a calm voice, so he really calmed me down in this" hypertension" situation for any customers! At the end I was able to receive the commitment and close on my house without any trouble.
